Sorry about this - there are TONNES of individual machines making up the Archive and it seems like redundancy isn't there yet when a machine goes down.

The data isn't lost (there are multiple copies) but it stops serving until fixed. I can't help on problems like that, people have to go and physically fix the machine in question. You can submit an error report, though.
